Barbara Ellis A self-taught bead artist that loves to design her own patterns. Barbara has won a multitude of awards for her outstanding work and has been featured in several issues of BeadWork Magazine. She gets her inspiration for her designs from everywhere-from movies, fashion and even politics! Barbara's personal favorites are inspired by antique pieces of jewelry which she showcases in her designs. Barbara teaches her craft Saturday's at the Bead Boutique, we are so happy to have her on board! Mary Ann Devos World reknown master teacher of Precious Metal Clay (PMC) and author of three books on the subject is one of our visiting teachers. Mary Ann travels throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Japan teaching her tried and true techniques. Most of her personal work is greatly influenced by nature and ancient art. She is attracted to organic, textural and primitive designs and helps her students discover the magic of PMC with fun, creativity and imagination. Rita Linton Rita is our ray of sunshine and her flambouyant personality is infused into all of her work. She is a master at color choice and is willing to help all her students pick the right beads for the project. You will learn to create some of the neatest bead weaving projects and get a warm fuzzy feeling in her class as an added bonus. Marcy Scire Marcia has joined our staff and is teaching some very diversified classes. Marcy is exceptional in her design ideas, color combinations and techniques. Talent and patience are her strong suits and you will learn everything from viking knit to looming. |
